ON-ICE SHOOTING PROGRAMS

My On-Ice Shooting Programs are unlike any other. These programs have been designed for players, girls and boys, who have already taken my individualized Shooting Lessons. We have four different On-Ice Programs.

  1. Summer – Bjugstad Elite Shooting Program (No Contact)
Level 1 Elite – accommodates Squirts and lower level Peewee players. In this program we work on catching passes, passing and all of the shots that were covered in the Off-Ice shooting lessons. Good fundamentals and repetition are our main focus in the elite shooting program (class size maximum 14 players per session).

  1. Summer – Bjugstad Advanced Shooting Programs (No Contact)
    (This program has 2 levels)

Level 2 intermediate advanced — accommodates Peewee and Bantam players. In this program we continue working on all of the skills that are worked on in Level 1 Elite. We also start to incorporate competitive situational shooting and scoring drills with pressure. This forces the players to catch passes clean bring puck to the right position and be patient. These are the 3 keys for good shooting and scoring. (class size maximum 12 players per session).

Level 3 advanced — accommodates Advanced Bantam and High school players. This program is more intense, with competitive game situation shooting and scoring drills. We also work on specific shots and techniques that are needed to score on higher-level goalies. In order to register for an Advanced High school session, you must:
